Hi there, I'm Adarsh. I hope your day has been kind. Thank you for being here. Over the last 15 years, I've worked in many communication roles:


  • Handing out chewing gum samples at cinemas in Scotland

  • Developing integrated communication strategies for government investment initiatives

  • Writing speeches for heads of state

  • Managing a large smartphone company's press and social media content across three continents

  • Working with CEOs of B2B tech companies to develop their voice and brand

  • Helping peanut butter companies make a creamy delight of their chunky messaging.


So if you've lived on earth for a long time, you've probably used a product or service from a company I've served.


I focus on long-term effectiveness that drives sustained growth for my clients in the way they need it. My first-principles mindset, combined with my experience running communication mandates of all shapes and sizes, allows me to customise communication strategy, ideas, and written content for every business. Writing is at the core of my communication toolkit, and critical thinking drives the engine.


I started Calibrate Communication because I hate lying and stealing. A company's fixed costs, scale, and shareholder value have no interest in a nap with your business goals. The big agency structure is exceptional for large-format execution but not for midsize businesses or independent professionals. My goal is to offer high-quality communication consulting through a personal service that doesn't rely on fleecing and greasing to get ahead. Calibrate Communication cares about its clients and thrives on delivering the work promised at the start of any engagement. The business will never scale and has no interest in upselling, cross-selling, retention, funding, scaling, treacle tart tossing, or dipping into your profits.

My experience across the spectrum of marketing communications - public relations, content marketing, digital marketing, thought leadership, and social media strategy - allows me to offer you a nuanced understanding of your needs, goals, and plans.
